January 30, 2015 Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Economics of Karelian Research Centre of RAS L. Kulakova took part in the online seminar "The Art of Public Speaking."

January 27, 2015 Employees of the Institute of Economics of Karelian Research Centre of RAS Maria Dyakonova and Raisa Belaya took part in a meeting of the Public Council in the field of social protection and social services under the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Karelia. An independent system for evaluating the performance of institutions providing social services in the Republic of Karelia was considered.

January 29, 2014 Director of the KarRC RAS Institute of Economics Yu. Saveliev presented a report on the main results of the scientific and organizational activities of the Institute in 2014 at a meeting of the Presidium of the Karelian Research Centre of Russian Academy of Sciences.

January 28, 2015 Institute of Economics of Karelian Research Centre held a seminar "Business and Sport".
The seminar was attended by the Minister of Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Karelia Alexander Voronov.
Victor Zhidkov - Chairman of the Board of Investment Bank "Vesta" (Moscow), the founder of the sport club "Trilife" has presented his report.

January 26, 2015 a general meeting of the personnel was held in the Institute of Economics of Karelian Research Centre of Russian Academy of Sciences. A report about the scientific and organizational activities of the Institute in 2014 was presented.
