Sergey Markov, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on the development of public diplomacy and the support of compatriots abroad, director of the nonprofit partnership "Institute of Political Studies" made a report for participants from 44 Russian regions. Sergey Markov introduced the psychological and behavioral aspects of public speaking, spoke about the importance of the structure of speech and positioning performance before an audience.
