March 31, 2016 Oleg Tolstoguzov (Head of Department of the Institute of Economics) took part in the meeting of the Public Advisory Council under the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Republic of Karelia. The results for 2015 were presented at the meeting. Karelian office took 15th place out of 84 in the all-Russian rating of territorial bodies.
