27 November 2015 researchers of the Institute of Economics (Oleg Tolstoguzov, Anatoly Shishkin, Olga Potasheva, Maria Dyakonov, Raisa Belaya) took part in the conference "The harmony of the North: Civic responsibility "and made presentations on thematic sections.
The conference was held in the Karelian branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Scientists, Representatives of the authorities and local government, public associations and action groups participated in it.
