November 26, 2015, Evgeny Zhirnel’ (Vice-Director for Science in the Institute of Economics of Karelian Research Centre of RAS) participated in the scientific conference "Event tourism as a factor of improving the competitiveness of the region."
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Karelia, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Karelia, the Ministry of Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Karelia and Petrozavodsk State University were the organizers of the conference.
