In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Karelia ¹ 526r-P Evgeny Zhirnel’ (Vice-director for science in the Institute of Economics) joined the Project Management Office of the Republic of Karelia on the implementation of the best practices of the National ranking investment climate in the Russian Federation.
