July 3rd, 2015 Yuri Savelev (Director of the Institute of Economics of Karelian Research Centre of RAS) took part in the organizing committee meeting on planning the Regional Business Forum on the problems and prospects of development of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Karelia. Valentin Chmil’ (Deputy Head of the Republic (Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Karelian)) and Sergey Alimpiev (Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Karelia) attended the meeting.
The Business Forum will be in the second half of September 2015. The main organizer of the Business Forum is the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Karelia. At the meeting, members of the organizing committee discussed the main topics of the forum, sections and round tables, approved the plan for the event.
