April 24, 2015 Research associate of the KarRC RAS Institute of Economics O.V. Potasheva took part in the research work "The economy of the region through the eyes of high school students" organized by Scientific-Educational Centre of Economy and Information Technology in ISEDT of Russian Academy of Sciences in the framework of development of cooperation among regional academic institutions in the direction of youth work.The conference was held in the format of a video bridge. Students of 7-9 grades from Belarus, Vologda and Petrozavodsk made 10 reports submitted an essay on the theme: "If I was an entrepreneur," "If I was the leader," "If I was president." Report "If I were president" was presented by Ilya Tsypin, 7th grade student of Gymnasium 37 (Petrozavodsk), which is a partner school of the KarRC RAS Institute of Economics for the implementation of joint activities in the field of science and education.
