The article focuses on the role of axioms in the sociological processes based on anthropological approach and scientific logic. The analysis is based on ancient ideas (perceiving them as axioms) that allows to implement the interconnection of the times, providing an evolutionary component in the cognition of social processes in contemporary Russian society. Adopted by human axioms (personal truths) form mentality. Mentality, as a way of world perception and adaptation to reality. The amount of arguments on this subject is big enough while constructive ideas on the methodology of management of development of mentality are virtually absent. It is proposed an axiomatic approach to the development of social processes.
